Constraints
The ethical constraint's of my campaign will avoid ethical issues by being honest and transparent about the company's aims and actions, All adverts will avoid stereotypes and depict people and cultures realistically so that I don't perpetuating harmful stereotypes or biases. As the target audience for my client as a therapy business is a vulnerable demographics I will try to be as sensitive and transparent in my advertisements as possible.
The legal constraint's of my campaign include following the UK's independent advertising regulations, ASA so that my products misleading or deceptive. They will follow intellectual property writes like copywrite by producing all of my images videos and art and using non copyright music and graphics. All of my products follow Ofcom and BBFC regulations as it will be age appropriate and suitable for children
