Lo2 Completed campaign material

Post production visualization diagram

Emails shared with client

The client has told me her preferences and requests so to achieve them I have used the emails she sent me, these emails included fun facts of her employees and Images of them of which I requested in a meeting so that I could create cartoon versions of the employees on the poster, and add facts around the characters in speech bubbles.

My client requested a white background to make it easy for people with learning and visual differences to read.

She also requested for me to show the location of the business and the setting in which therapy takes place, this will make the client feel more comfortable entering a new space now that they have an idea in their head of what to expect.

I created the characters and locations with watercolor and then scanned them into the computer. I added cartoon pets and fun facts about the characters in the poster to make it kid friendly and engaging. I wanted the viewer to feel informed so that they already knew a little bit about the people they were going to trust with support them. The characters are drawn in close ups where as Leah is drawn in a full shot this because she is the owner of this business and she is therefore the main focus and her staff are the secondary focus.

I added a green outline to the poster to make it eye catching, I chose to match the logo's colours this makes the posters colour scheme cohesive.

I created the 'free to be you' logo on power point, I took inspiration from her businesses original design by using the same colours of the original logo by using the dropper tool, The logo was made spherical as I wanted it to connote feelings of happiness and safety, that is why I resembled the logo after the shape of a rainbow, this also keeps in theme with the therapy rooms rainbow furniture.

I created a description of business based on discussions with my client and surrounded it with a colorful outline that matches the colour scheme of the poster, This description was made based on my clients instructions so that the viewer did not think the business was free due to its name, and so that the advertisement targets people that relate to the questions asked and are seeking help.

On the poster I labeled the location of the therapy room along with visual representation of what the building and therapy room will look like, This is so that the client can think ahead of time where they will be accessing this therapy and plan out their chosen means of transportation.

I added the QR code from the Instagram page that I made for Free to be you, This is important as at risk clients may find it difficult to reach out for information but by having a QR code they can scan it makes it easy and accessible for them to gather information on the Instagram page. I also added the telephone number and email address of 'Free to be you' for client that want alternative methods of contacting the client if they cannot use the QR code for example digital immigrant that are care takers of a young person trying to sign their young person up to the service.
